Our team
We are a dedicated team with roots in both Denmark and Japan.
Together, we bridge cultures, markets, and people – with respect, expertise, and experience as our foundation.
We maintain a strong presence in both countries, but our work is rooted in our Japanese–Danish company, BelRose Nordic.
Languages and culture across borders
Collectively, we speak Danish, Japanese, and English – and have extensive experience in bridging different cultural expectations and values. We believe that trust, patience, and transparency are the foundations of any successful partnership.
Network and partners
We are a part of the DDCJ network* (Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan), a network of Danish–Japanese business relations, which also includes brands such as Bang & Olufsen, Carl Hansen & Søn, and ECCO.
We work closely with Scandinavian embassies and have strong connections to some of Japan’s largest buyers and department stores.
